Balveer Singh is a recent graduate with a Master of Engineering in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, specializing in Visual SLAM and Computer Vision. I have published research in IEEE conferences and have hands-on experience with both academic research and practical projects in AI, robotics, and web development.

My skills include advanced proficiency in Python and C++, with strong expertise in OpenCV,  Pandas, and ROS. I have experience in image processing, machine learning, and SLAM algorithms. Additionally, I’m skilled in web development using Django and have a solid foundation in mechatronics, IoT, and sensor integration.

I’ve worked on a variety of projects, including YDM-SLAM, a YOLOv8-powered dynamic mapping system integrated with ORB-SLAM3 for autonomous navigation. I’ve contributed to a national-level project at IIT Bombay focused on digitizing Indian literature, where I developed web applications using Django and OCR technology. During my undergraduate studies, I worked on multiple mechatronics and IoT projects, such as an Aqua Serving Robot and other sensor-based systems.

Yes, I am available for freelance work. I’m particularly interested in projects involving Visual SLAM, Computer Vision, AI, and robotics. I’m also open to collaborations in software development and machine learning.
